1. Acceptance of the terms
By using the TascU website, customer portal or software service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with the terms, you must not use the service.
2. Use and availability of the service
TascU is a digital workforce-management service. The service is continuously developed and maintained, and its functionality may change over time. We do not guarantee compatibility with every possible device, operating system or third-party application, or uninterrupted availability at all times.
Planned maintenance, security measures, infrastructure failures, third-party outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
3. Accounts and customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for keeping account credentials secure and assigning appropriate access rights. Information entered into the service must be accurate, and the customer is responsible for having a valid legal basis for processing employee, working-time, project and other business data.
4. Subscriptions and billing
By ordering a paid service, the customer agrees to pay the charges shown before the order is confirmed. Pricing may depend on the number of active users, the billing period or a separately agreed custom quotation. Billing and contact information must be kept current.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions are described in the separate Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Prohibited activities
You must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service or its servers, bypass security or licence restrictions, distribute malware, conduct phishing, misuse another person's identity, submit misleading information or otherwise harm the service, its users or third parties.
7. Reporting violations and enforcement
Security or usage violations can be reported to support@tascu.ee. Where necessary, we may investigate, restrict access, suspend an account, terminate service or cooperate with competent authorities.
8. Intellectual property
TascU software, website design, trademarks, text and related materials are protected by intellectual-property rights. A subscription gives the customer a limited right to use the service during the valid subscription period and does not transfer ownership of the software.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service provider is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, incorrect data entered by the customer, third-party systems or damage caused by misuse of the service.
10. Privacy
Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and cookie use in the Cookie Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms when the service, pricing, technical solution or legal framework changes. The current version is published on this page.
12. Contact
Questions, complaints or notices concerning these terms can be sent to support@tascu.ee.
