Membership and Renewal Policy

How TascU digital licences are activated, renewed, expired and reactivated.

Last Updated: 07.09.2026

1. Digital delivery

After a payment is successfully confirmed, or another approved activation basis applies, the customer's digital TascU licence is activated for the ordered number of users and subscription period. No physical product is delivered.

2. Licence period

A subscription provides access to the TascU software for the period recorded in the order. The customer portal may display subscription status, licensed user quantity, start and end dates and information about the next renewal.

3. Subscription renewal

When the subscription is about to expire, customer can login to self service and extend the subscription (period and licensed users), by placing an order and paying using payment links or paying by invoice.

4. Ending subscription

The customer may end the subscription through the customer portal or by contacting customer support. The existing licence remains valid until the end of the current paid period.

5. Expiry

If a subscription expires and is not renewed, access to TascU may be disabled automatically after the licence end date. Expiry does not necessarily mean immediate deletion of information; retention and deletion are described in the Data Deletion Policy.

6. Reactivation

An expired or cancelled subscription may be reactivated through a new order or agreement. Pricing available at the time of reactivation may differ from the previous subscription price.

7. Changes to pricing or renewal terms

We may change future prices, licence structures or renewal terms. Such changes do not shorten a period already paid for. Where appropriate, customers will be informed before a future renewal.

8. Contact

Questions about subscriptions, licences or renewals can be sent to support@tascu.ee.
