Data Deletion Policy

How account and personal-data deletion can be requested and when information must be retained.

Last Updated: 07.09.2026

1. Requesting deletion

A request to delete an account or related personal data can be sent to support@tascu.ee. For security, we may verify the requester's identity and authority to act for the relevant company or account before completing the request.

2. Response time

We aim to review and respond to a valid deletion request within 30 days. Applicable law may allow additional time for complex requests.

3. Company workforce records

TascU may contain business records relating to workforce operations, projects, working time and employees. Deleting an account does not automatically remove information that a company is required to retain under employment, accounting or other legal obligations.

4. Retention exceptions

Some information may be retained where necessary to comply with law, maintain accounting records, evidence payments, prevent fraud or security incidents, retain security logs, establish legal claims or resolve disputes.

5. Retention period

Transaction, billing or significant customer-communication records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal purposes, or for another period required by applicable law. Other information is deleted or anonymized when there is no longer a valid purpose or legal basis for retaining it.

6. Third-party providers

Where information has lawfully been shared with payment, hosting, email or other service providers, copies held by those providers may be subject to their own retention and deletion rules.

7. Backups

Deleted information may remain for a limited period in secured backups until it is overwritten through the normal backup cycle. Backup copies are not used for routine active processing.

8. Contact

Questions concerning deletion or retention can be sent to support@tascu.ee.
